This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Black Pixel AI Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides refunds to users ("you", "customer") who purchase printed memory books through the website everstory.pro and related services (the "Services").

By placing an order through our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with this Refund Policy, you must not place an order.
This Refund Policy is drafted in accordance with applicable laws, including but not limited to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
1. Nature of the Product
Memory books produced through our Services are personalized, made-to-order physical products. Each book is printed individually at our own printing facility based on the photographs, stories, and design choices provided by the customer at the time of order. For this reason, refund conditions differ from those applicable to standard consumer goods.
2. 5-Hour Cancellation Window
After an order is placed, we hold the order for five (5) hours before sending it into production. During this window, you may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund of the amount paid, including any shipping fees.
To cancel during this window, you must send a written cancellation request to official@everstory.pro with your order number. The cancellation is considered effective when we confirm receipt by reply email.
Once the 5-hour window has passed and the order has been sent into production, the order is considered final and the conditions set out in Sections 3 and 4 below apply.
3. Production and Shipping — No Refunds
Once your order enters production or has been shipped, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, cancellation, or unwanted delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:
- the customer changing their mind about the design, photographs, or text after production has started;
- the customer no longer wanting the product after dispatch;
- the customer entering an incorrect shipping address that results in failed delivery, return-to-sender, or additional shipping costs;
- the customer being unavailable to receive the parcel during the delivery window provided by the carrier.
This limitation reflects the personalized, made-to-order nature of the product, which cannot be resold or reused once production has begun.
4. Defective Products — Full Refund or Replacement
If the memory book you receive is defective, damaged in transit, or materially differs from the order you placed, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement, at your choice.
A product is considered defective if it shows any of the following:
- printing defects (smudged ink, missing pages, misaligned text or images, color errors clearly visible to the naked eye);
- binding defects (loose, detached, or torn pages; broken cover);
- physical damage that occurred during shipping (water damage, crushed cover, torn packaging affecting the product);
- the wrong order or wrong content (the book delivered does not match the order placed).
To request a refund or replacement, you must:
- contact us at official@everstory.pro within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the parcel;
- provide your order number and a clear description of the defect;
- attach at least two photographs clearly showing the defect, including the cover and any defective pages.
We will review the request within five (5) business days and notify you of our decision. If the defect is confirmed, you may choose either a full refund of the amount paid, processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of confirmation; or a free replacement of the defective book, produced and shipped at our expense, with no additional charges to you.
We may, at our discretion, request that you return the defective book to us. Return shipping in such cases is at our expense and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
5. Digital Books
Memory books stored digitally on your account are not subject to this Refund Policy, as digital storage is currently provided free of charge under the standard account terms. If digital storage limits change in the future and become a paid feature, this Refund Policy will be updated accordingly.
6. Shipping Times and Delays
Estimated production and shipping times are provided at the time of order and are estimates only. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, postal strikes, and political events) do not constitute grounds for a refund.
If your order has not arrived within thirty (30) calendar days of dispatch, please contact us at official@everstory.pro and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a free replacement at our expense.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds typically appear in your account within five (5) to ten (10) business days after we confirm them, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not provide refunds in cash, store credit, or other payment methods unless the original payment method is no longer available.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the date of the update. Orders placed before the update are governed by the version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of the order.
