The Story Behind EverStory

Founded 2025 · Newark, Delaware, USA · Serving families in 126 countries

Why we built this

The world is overflowing with content. We take thousands of photos, record voice messages, share stories in chats — but in this constant noise, the things that matter most get lost. The people who matter most get lost.

Aging parents often end up on the sidelines. We don't give them enough time. Our children — their grandchildren — barely know their closest relatives. Even when grandparents help raise kids, the relationship stays functional: cooking, cleaning, school pickups. The emotional connection — the stories, the memories, the voices — rarely gets captured.

EverStory is a bridge between generations. A way for grandparents to tell their stories so they live forever. A way for children and grandchildren to share their milestones, send birthday greetings, say the things that usually get lost in the noise — and turn them into something tangible that stays on a shelf, not in a chat history.

Every card has a QR code. At any moment, your loved ones can scan it with a phone and hear your voice, see your photo come alive in a gentle animation — as if you're right there in the room.

How it works

EverStory uses artificial intelligence to turn a single photo and a few sentences about a memory into a professionally designed, printed card. You can optionally record a voice message that gets embedded into the card through augmented reality (WebAR). When the recipient scans the printed card with any smartphone camera — no app needed — they hear your voice and see a gentle photo animation.

The technology stack includes AI text generation for story writing, WebAR for voice playback without app downloads, and professional printing with worldwide delivery through our production partner Prodigi. Cards are printed, framed, gift-wrapped, and shipped directly to the recipient.
